Welcome to all scouts from Catawba County!
My name is Gene Annas and I am the Assistant District Commissioner for the Lakeland District of the Piedmont Council. In addition, I am Cubmaster for Pack 250, and I'm a Unit Commissioner. I also serve on staff at council level events, including BALOO, Fisharama, Tiger Cub Field Day, Spookfest, Partner & Pal and Shooting Sports Day. Most importantly I have two sons in the program. One is a member of Boy Scout Troop 250, and one is currently a Webelos 1.
My knowledge and experience leans towards the Cub Scout program. However, I hope to offer information for scouts, leaders and parents in all areas of the BSA.
